Hi! I’m Sarah, an extremely driven and passionate personal trainer, nutritionist, and lifestyle coach with over 8 years experience.
I have coached almost a thousand men and women to become the best version of themselves. I specialize in female fitness, strength training and fat loss, lifestyle creation, and performance/physique/sustainable nutrition.
I am also a trauma, gut health, and hormone health informed coach meaning I understand the impacts of these in your journey so I can best teach and support you.
What started as just a means to get out of the party scene in college, I now use fitness and nutrition as the foundation for personal mastery and to help others with self mastery as well. I take my job a lot more serious than just providing workouts, I use training and nutrition as a vehicle to provide people with what they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives: relationships, work, experiences, hardship, and in their body.
